This Time of Year

As I may have previously mentioned my favorite time of the year is fall. I love being able to go outside in a jacket or hoodie while not freezing but feeling the cool breeze on my face while observing the beauty of nature in the changing of colors.

With this in mind I want to also mention I like the time of year where winter is changing to spring. The temps can still be cool and breezy while the flowers start to bloom, and trees begin to fill out and if I am outside the sun’s warmth is enough to keep me from having to go inside to stay warm. This seasonal change does wonders on my allergies but does not keep me from going outside. It is during this time me and my husband can go outside and take walks or work in the yard and appreciate the weather and the outdoors.

At the end of March, we were able to finally start doing this again. We are making changes in our backyard and moving things around. Setting out plans for things to come, which will take several years and that is perfectly fine. That is how things go and life. Also, all good things come in time. But I believe this is one of the best parts about the seasons changing like this. Making plans with my husband for our future. What we would like to do and how we can work together to get it done.
