What path do you want to journey down?

If you missed earlier this year, I shared I was close to finishing another two-sided story. Look forward to that released announcement soon! Until then my brain is wired and motivated to continue writing and now, I am unsure which direction to go towards!

Remember a couple of months ago I shared some stories that were brewing, well here is a sneak peek into what my brain has been developing alongside Forgetting B!

A few years ago, after publishing my last few books, I started working on another one. But then my brain kicked into overdrive — suddenly I had all these other story ideas I wanted to explore. So, I started writing a second… then a third. Now I’ve got three different books, each a few chapters in, and I’m sitting here thinking: Well… now what?

So, I figured I’d let you choose what you’d like to see next.

The first story was one I am close to finishing but working on a sadden love dramatic story led to another more dramatic narrative that unfolds over a long period of time. Then my inner action/sci-fi brain jumped in and wanted to create a whole new idea: a high-stakes test of survival and transformation, about building a new life after losing everything. Lastly, another drama lingers with much action and secrets that are revealed in every chapter.

Different tones, different genres — but all stories I’m excited about. If you had a choice, which would you want to read first, if any?

I will give you a sneak peek into these three stories and six characters just to help you out with reviews and in deciding which one you want to know the ending of, because if you are truly interested, I will even share all three introductions to each of these stories in a later blog as well!

The Secret Life of L

Finally, peace and solitude. Although I am not fully alone, I am gone. I have disappeared and L is all that is left to be seen by a town full of comforting strangers and an elderly lady who has graciously taken me in. This will be my freedom, as long as her grandson does not stir up any trouble for me.

-          L

I hate it here. I hate my father. I cannot believe he would drag me here to live in a town I have no memories of let alone care about. I am an adult and should have a choice. So what if I make decisions he is not proud of, it is my life. To make matters worse, hardworking L is the version of a person everyone has always wanted me to be and now I am stuck with her too.

-          Miles

Watch as these two lives intertwine starting out as complete strangers and complete opposites, yet they form an unlikely pair? I wonder if L’s influence will have an impact on Miles, or will L’s secrets come to life as Mile’s creates problems left and right. Who knows, but I do hope you are ready to find out!

A in Another Life

Over and over and over again. I tried every chance I got. Every method I could. Yet I was still chosen, I am still here. I lost them, I lost everything, I couldn’t save them, yet I was saved. I have to succumb to it, it feels so wrong, I hold so much guilt, but, at least Madden makes it bearable.

-          A

I can’t stop; I won’t stop. I know why I was chosen. I know why I am here. I did what I did but now I can help others. Although my mind never shuts off and my soul being is chaotic I know what is needed of me and I have A as part of that journey now.

-          Madden

Again, two perspectives are shared while they both live with different experiences. Can A and Madden make the best of an unusual situation or will they falter and fall into darkness. Maybe they need one another to be able to understand the story they lived and proceed into their new stories that are being written. What are you hoping happens to A & Madden? D in Hiding

I pay my dues, I stay at of the way, and I never come to you for anything, but now this? Why would you send him after me, why would you start searching for me? I will find a way out again, I have to.

I always do as I am told and asked, that is what you do to show your respect for him. He took over as the father I needed and now I will do whatever he needs me to do, no matter what that means for my life.

- Milo

D has gotten very good at staying out of her families' sites but when Milo is sent after her what is to come with this reunion? Maybe you will find out once the story makes its way to paper!

I do hope to hear from you, and I hope that within this new year I will finally finish one of this publications, who knows, maybe I will finish two…. but that could be pushing it, even one could be pushing it!
