Were you able to sit in silence a little bit to acknowledge some truths during April? If so this month of May is about consistent acknowledgement but more on how to manage it, especially when it comes to that creative side we all have!
M.A.C. MAY
Manage Acknowledgement Consistently
What imaginative idea or inner whisper has been lingering like a forgotten flavor note in my coffee — waiting to be explored and acknowledged?
Okay, be honest… When you first saw “MAC May,” did you think mac and cheese? Don’t worry — so did I! But in a coffee context, it stands for Macchiato — a strong espresso with just a dash of milk, and in this case, a dash of introspection too.
This month, we’re turning our attention to those lingering thoughts — the creative nudges we keep brushing aside.
For me, that imaginative whisper is a story. I’ve had it since high school — about a wolf. Years (and countless cups of coffee) have passed, but that story still lives on a flash drive. It may never reach the world... but it hasn't left me either.
It waits. Patiently. Like the final sips of a forgotten cup. It shows up in dreams, ideas, or random journaling sessions. It sparks curiosity in the middle of routine.
And when an idea won’t leave you alone — maybe it’s not supposed to.
So, what is your lingering idea this May?What’s the story, dream, or wild thought you’ve tucked away — and how can you honor it now through consistent acknowledgement or something similar?
